Text Message Terms

What you are agreeing to

When you check the text-message box on our booking page, account or league sign-up, or our text alerts page, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Teed Up Virtual Golf Club at the mobile number you provided — news about events, leagues, and offers. The box is never pre-checked.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can book a bay, join a league, or buy anything we sell without agreeing to marketing texts.

Messages you get either way

Separate from marketing, we send text messages you asked for by using the service: your sign-in code, booking confirmations and reminders, door access codes for your booking, receipts, and updates and payment links for leagues and events you join (for example, a link to pay your share of a league team). These are part of the service itself and are not covered by the marketing checkbox. If you would rather not receive them, contact us — but some of them, like the sign-in code, are how the booking site verifies it is you.

How often

Up to 4 marketing messages per month. Service messages arrive only in response to something you did — a booking, a sign-in, a purchase, a league or event sign-up.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (832) 225-6881.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Your information

We use your mobile number to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider (Twilio) only delivers messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
