Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, mobile number, and email if you give us one.
• Booking and purchase history — bays and rooms you reserve, items on your tab, memberships and packages, loyalty points earned and redeemed.
• Payment information — handled by Square. Card numbers are entered directly into Square's systems and are never stored on ours; we keep only a reference token, the card brand, and the last four digits so staff can recognise the card at checkout.
• Basic usage data — pages visited on our booking site, to understand what people use.

Why we collect it

To take and confirm your bookings, run your tab, process payments, operate the loyalty program, and — only if you have opted in — send you marketing messages. We use your mobile number to verify it is you when you sign in.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the booking work:

• Square — payments and card storage.
• Twilio — text message delivery.
• Our hosting and database providers — to run the site itself.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The services above receive only what they need to do their job for us.

How long we keep it

Booking, tab, and payment records are kept as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Contact details are kept while your account is active. Ask us to remove you and we will, except where we are required to keep a transaction record.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to end marketing messages — see our Messaging Terms.
• Ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting the venue.
• Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.

Children

Our booking site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
