Teed Up Membership Terms
Version v1 · Effective [SET DATE AT LAUNCH]
By starting, changing, renewing, or continuing a Teed Up membership you agree to the terms below. You'll be asked to acknowledge them each time your membership changes.
1. What you get
Your membership benefits — included bay/table hours, member pricing, your drink discount, your loyalty earning boost, and any plan-specific perks — depend on the plan you select. The exact benefits for your plan are shown when you sign up and in your account, and are governed by the current rules for that plan.
2. Billing & your anniversary date
- Your membership starts the day you sign up and runs for one calendar month at a time.
- Your billing (anniversary) date is the day of the month you signed up. For months without that day, we bill on the last day of the month (e.g., a membership started Jan 31 bills Feb 28).
- We automatically charge your card on file the monthly fee on each anniversary date until you cancel. The amount is the fee for your current plan, shown at signup.
- Included benefits (such as monthly hours) reset each billing period. Any rollover of unused hours is determined by your specific plan's rules; unless your plan states otherwise, unused hours do not carry over.
3. Using your benefits
Membership benefits are personal to you. The member must be present to use any membership perk (included hours, member pricing, discounts). Benefits cannot be shared or transferred, and guests are charged standard rates unless they are members themselves.
4. Changing your plan
Upgrading (to a higher plan): takes effect immediately. You pay the new plan's price reduced by a credit for the unused portion of your current plan, and your anniversary date resets to the day you upgrade.
Downgrading (to a lower plan): takes effect at your next anniversary date. You keep your current benefits through the period you've already paid for; the lower plan and price begin at the next anniversary. No refunds or credits are issued for downgrades.
5. Freezing / pausing your membership
You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year, at no charge. While frozen, you are not billed and benefits are paused; billing and your anniversary date resume when the freeze ends.
6. Missed or failed payments
If a payment can't be collected on your anniversary date, your membership benefits are paused until payment is made. If you pay later, your benefits resume and your billing returns to your original anniversary date — you are not charged for the month(s) your membership was paused.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime — most easily online through your account, or in person, by phone, or by email. Your benefits continue through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated on cancellation.
8. Card on file & auto-renewal consent
You authorize Teed Up to keep your payment card on file and to automatically charge it the monthly membership fee on each anniversary date until you cancel. You may update your card or cancel at any time through your account, or by contacting us in person, by phone, or by email.
9. Member bookings
Reservations made under your membership follow the venue's standard booking, no-show, and late-cancellation rules — the same rules that apply to any guest.
10. Eligibility
Membership requires you to be at least 18 years old. Memberships are individual; household or family plans are offered only if explicitly listed at signup.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If they change, you'll be asked to review and acknowledge the new version the next time your membership renews or changes. Material changes take effect at your next anniversary.
